RPG Chartered Financial Planners are delighted to have received recognition in two respected industry rankings for 2026, highlighting the firm’s continued commitment to delivering high-quality financial planning and exceptional client service.
Most recently, the firm was ranked 7th in FT Adviser’s Top 50 Boutique Financial Advisers 2026, improving on its 8th-place position in 2025. The ranking recognises firms with 10 or fewer registered financial advisers that demonstrate strong client outcomes, professionalism, growth, client retention and long-term business success. The rankings are compiled by FT Adviser in collaboration with ISS Market Intelligence.
The firm has also been named in Citywire New Model Adviser’s Top 100 for 2026, an annual list celebrating leading financial planning firms from across the UK. The ranking recognises advice businesses that continue to excel in an evolving marketplace while maintaining high standards of service and professionalism.
In its profile of RPG, Citywire highlighted the firm’s continued growth, including the addition of a chartered financial planner, two shadow advisers and a paraplanner to support its expanding client base. The publication also noted that RPG welcomed 19 new active clients during the year, bringing its total client base to 609, while assets under advice are projected to increase from Ā£331 million in 2025 to Ā£410 million in 2026.
Commenting on the recognition, John Sangster, Director, Head of St Asaph Operations, Compliance and Chartered Wealth Manager, said:
“To be recognised by both FT Adviser and Citywire in the same year is a fantastic achievement for the entire team. These accolades reflect the dedication, professionalism and client-first approach that underpin everything we do.
We are grateful to our clients for their continued trust and support, and we remain committed to delivering a high-quality service while continuing to invest in our people, processes and technology.”
The two rankings provide independent recognition of the firm’s ongoing growth and commitment to excellence, demonstrating that RPG continues to compete successfully alongside some of the most highly regarded financial planning businesses in the UK. As the firm continues to invest in its people and services, its focus remains unchanged: helping clients achieve their financial goals through trusted, long-term advice.
